<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="line-height: normal;">1)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The service station shall submit the extended Bank Guarantee of Rs. 1.0 lac within 03-days and the same be en-cashed by the Regional Office.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="line-height: normal;">2)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>Environmental Engineer Regional Office-1, Jalandhar shall visit the service station within 03-days to collect the effluent sample of ETP, check the operation of record of ETP i.e. water meter reading / hazardous waste generation and disposal etc. and process the consent application on merit. </p>
