<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 70.9pt; text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the project proponent has proposed a small-scale orange category industry and has applied for Consent to Establish along with requisite documents and fees.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 70.9pt; text-align: justify;">The applicant has submitted a Registered land deed between Gurdial Singh and Vineet Singh, Site plan/Location plan, CLU for Industrial land use in area of 2 acres, Partnership deed, Lease deed between Vineet Saini(one of partners) and Mailyan technocast, Manufacturing process chart and Project report mentioning the total cost of the project as Rs 6.17 crores wherein cost of land is not included as it is on rent. The documents submitted by the industry may kindly be perused.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 70.9pt; text-align: justify;">The applicant has proposed to install 1 no. Induction furnace (500 kg and 300 kg crucible) and 1 Shot blasting machine with separate Bag filter houses as APCD. The applicant has submitted a feasibility report of the Bag filter house to be attached to the Induction furnace from PSCST, Chandigarh which is adequate in-principal.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 70.9pt; text-align: justify;">The applicant has also proposed to install 1 Baby boiler and submitted that a stack height of adequate height will be installed. The industry has not submitted any details regarding the height of stack. The domestic effluent will be treated through a septic tank and will be discharged onto land for plantation. The applicant has submitted that Cat 5.1 @ 0.06 TPD and Cat 34.1 @ 0.12 TPD will be produced from the industry but has not provided Storage/Disposal details of the same.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 70.9pt; text-align: justify;">The site was visited by the undersigned on 30/12/2022 and observed that the building of shed was under construction. The boundary wall of the site is completed and the shed work was under process. The site falls in an Industrial zone as per the CLU granted to the industry.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 70.9pt; text-align: justify;">In view of the above, if approved, Consent to Establish may be granted to the industry for one year period subject to suitable conditions, please.</p>
