Alum is used in collection cum reaction tank for the separation of colloidal matter in the effluent. After treatment the effluent is to be discharged on backside of the workshop in a plot of about 1 kanal wherein plantation has been made.</span></p>

However, the agency has failed to apply for obtaining authorization under the Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">From above it is clear that the agency is not complying with the decisions of the personal hearing, so it is recommended that consent applications of the agency may be refused, please.</span></p> |
