CTOW/Fresh/SAS/2022/17671600 dated 05-01-2022 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/SAS/2022/17621429 dated 05-01-2022 both having validity upto 31-12-2022 for the production of concrete mix @ 100 m3/h by using CEMENT@ 24500 Kgs/day, FLYASH @10500 Kgs/day, COURSE SAND @75400 Kgs/day, AGGREGATE 20MM @67600 Kgs/day, AGGREGATE 10MM @45000 Kgs/day, ADMIXURE @280 Kgs/day as a raw material, subject to certain condition and certain conditions therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">Now, the project proponent has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with same production capacity.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The project proponent has submitted CA certificate, which shows the value of fixed assets is Rs 7.47 crore as on 30.06.2021. The project proponent had earlier deposited consent fees of Rs 108000.00/- under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide UTR no. N363210930597443 dated 29.12.2021 and Rs 108000.00/- under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide UTR no. N363210930597245 dated 29.12.2021 and adjustment of late fees of Rs 10800/- each under both acts and Rs 10800 adjusted as NOC regularization fees, which was adequate upto 30.06.2029 under both Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The project proponent has now submitted Rs. 11,300/- vide online UTR no. INDBN23126660824 dated 23/12/2022 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 10800/- vide online UTR no. INDBN23126660114</span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> dated 23/12/2022 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the project proponent was adequate upto 30.06.2030 under both the Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The project proponent had already submitted a copy of NOC issued by DTP vide its letter no. 117/ CLU/16/011 Dated 21.01.2020 for the temporary operation of concrete batching plant in an area of 3.56 acre land within the mega/township project from the period of jan,2020 to jan,2030.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">It is further submitted that the Board has passed circular for auto-renewal of consents under Orange and Green category without visit of the unit, the order is reproduced as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 27.0pt; margin: 0in .25in 10.0pt 1.0in;"><em><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">It is pertinent to mention here that the Board vide Office Order No. 59 dated 02.02.2016 decided to grant auto renewal of Consent to Operate/ Establish to Orange & Green Category of Industries within 7 days of its application submission without the need of visiting the site/ premises of the industry, in order to facilitate the industry.</span></em></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">In view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 And Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, maybe renewed upto 30.06.2030 with suitable and special conditions that:</span></p>
