Mansa, which has taken on lease w.e.f. 29.11.2022 to 28.11.2044 i.e. 20 years @ Rs. 25,000/- per annum. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The industry has </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">submitted certificate issued by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mansa vide letter dated 14.11.2022<strong>, </strong>wherein it has been mentioned that the land area bearing khasra no. 110//17(7-6.5), 18(8-0) 19//1(2-10), 23/1(0-3), 23/2(2-4) is located at a distance of more than 500 meter from Municipal Council limit, village phirni, residential area and 15 pucca houses.</span></p>

No. 917 dated 15.11.2022, wherein it has been mentioned that the site bearing khasra no. 110//17(8-13), 18(8-0) 19//1(2-10), 23/1(0-3), 23/2(2-4) falls in the agriculture zone of the notified Master Plan Mansa and is locaed outside the limit of the local body.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The proposed site of the industry was visited by officer of the Board on 17.12.2022 and it has been reported that the site is located at a distance more than 100 mtr from M.C. limit/Nagar Panchayat, lal lakhir/phirni of any village, approved residential area/ 15 houses. The project proponent has started construction of civil work.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The industry has proposed cyclone followed by bag filter house as APCD in the chipping and grinding section and searte cyclone as proposed for APCD with terrified dryer section. No source of generation of trade effluent and domestic effluent will be discharged onto land for plantation after treatment in septic tank.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>In view of above, if approved, 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) may be granted to the industrial unit for its establishment for manufacturing of Torrefied Pellets @ 3TPH from rice straw, subject to the following specific conditions:-</span></p>
