<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the effluent samples collected on <span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">23.11.2022 have been analyzed by the ZO Lab Jalanhar and as per analysis results , the conc. of paramaters namely pH, BOD, TSS and Oil & Grease are beyond the prescribed standards (Dairy products) of the Board.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">Therefore , in view of above , it is recommended that the CTO under Water Act, 1974 may be refused please.</span></p> |
