<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The industry has submitted that it has made expenditure on the repair of compressors and parts of extruder machine provided for manufacturing of PVC pipes. Therefore, there is no possibility of increase in pollution load because of the same. The industry has been advised to apply for obtaining registration under Plastic Management Rules, 2016, immediately after grant of the consent as the same is required for obtaining registration.
