<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the authorised signatory of the industry has submitted an undertaking to the effect that they shall obtain the Classification of Land Use for the addtional land within one month and any financial liability in case of any discrepancy in this regard, shall be borne by the industry.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In consideration of the same, if approved, <span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; background-color: #ffffff;">the </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; background-color: #ffffff;">Consent to establish (NOC) for Expansion under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: 71.4667px;">for manufacturing of Rice Bran Refined Oil @ 149 TPD and total production after expansion Rice Bran Refined Oil @ 225 TPD or Refined Cotton seed and other oils @ 98 TPD by using Rice Bran oil @ 300 MT/day or Cotton seed and Other oils @ 100 MT/day as raw material, </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; background-color: #ffffff;">may be granted for one year, subject to suitable conditions and the following special conditions that:</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; background-color: #ffffff;">1. The industry shall get the Classification of Land Use for the existing land as well as additional land incorporated within its premises for the expansion project (around 3.15 Acres) within one month from the Competent Authority and submit to the Board within 7 days, thereafter.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; background-color: #ffffff;">2. In case, it is proved at any stage that the proposed site of the industry is not suitable for establishment/ carrying out expansion of the unit, then the CTE (NOC) granted to the industry shall be deemed cancelled and the Board shall not be responsible for any financial liability arising due to cancellation of this CTE (NOC). </span></p> |
