CTOA/Fresh/SAS/2022/18995863 dated 16.08.2022, valid till 31.12.2022 for manufacturing of Paracetamol @ 1000000 Numbers/Day, Livofloxacin @ 500000 Numbers/Day, Rabeprazole 350 @ 100000, Numbers/Day, Amoxy Clave @ 200000 Numbers/Day, Cephoparazone @ 100000, Numbers/Day, Sodium Citerate, Amonium & Menthol Syrup @ 40000 no./day, Nimuslide @ 100000 no./day, Salbutamol Syrup @ 25000 no./day, Rantidyne Syrup @ 20000 no./day, Zental Albendazole Syrup @ 35000 bottle/day, Pentaprazole @ 120000 no./day, Ibuprofin @ 150000 no./day, Cefepime and Sulbactum @ 80000 no./day, Cefepime and Tazobactum @ 100000 no./day with special conditions as under:</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">Now, the project proponent has applied for renewal of Consent to Operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 along with requisite documents.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 20.19 crore as on 30.06.2022. The project proponent has earlier deposited Rs. 36,000/- vide R. No. 231126406 dated 15.07.2022 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which was adequate for 31.01.2023.The project proponent has now deposited Rs. 36,000/- vide R No. <br />493770973 dated 03.01.2023 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. Hence, the Consent to Operate fees is adequate till 30.09.2023 and Rs. 3200 is pending with Board.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted compliance report of the previous Consent to Operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 granted to it.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted stack analysis report from NABL approved lab M/s Environ Tech Laboratories dated 31.12.2022 and the results are within permissible limits of the Board.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The site was visited by the undersigned on 04.01.2023 and contacted Sh. Jagpreet Singh, Director (9878017896). During visit it was observed as under:</p>

The outlet of ETP was connected with the boiler feed and flushing line. The industry is maintaining record of operation of ETP and the reading of the same was 99 m3.</p>

The industry has provided outlet of washing area of equipments into collection tank of the ETP. The blow down from chiller and boiler is also connected with ETP.</p>

RO reject line is connected with ETP.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">In view of above, it is recommended that ‘consent to operate’ under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted till 30.09.2023 with special conditions as under:</p>
