<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The industry was visited and observed that the industry has installed clothes cutting machines, rag tearing machine / line, Ambio machines, carding machines, draw frame machines, open end Rotor machines. The industry has installed rotary air filter system as APCDs and humidification plant. The industry is complying with the various terms and conditions of the earlier granted consent to operate under the provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. Contents of the complaint are w.r.t. water pollution and has no concern about Air Act, 1981.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">In view of the above, it is once again recommended that consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2027 subject to suitable conditions as per earlier consents granted by the Board</p> |
