<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">It is intimated that show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate applied under the Air Act, 1981 alongwith an opportunity to submit reply within 7-days has been issued to the project proponent vide Board's letter no. 139-40 dated 5/1/2023 <strong>(copy enclosed)</strong>. <strong>It is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the project proponent and send the receipt of the same to this office. It is also requested to submit his comments on the reply to be submitted by project proponent w.r.t notice as well as give comments on decisions of hearing dated 1/11/2022 and send fresh recommendations accordingly and send fresh recommendations so as to enable this office to decide the application. </strong></span></p> |
