<p style="text-align: justify;">As per Executive officer, Municipal Council, Tapa vide no. 1351 dated 07/12/2022, the site of the indistry falls outside the limit of Municipal Council, Tapa. As such, the site is suitable for installation of dryer.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Further, the industry was established in total land area of the industry measuring 12 kanal bearing khasra no. 1127 (1-7) of village Daraj and khasra no. 33//13(3-5), 14(7-8) in village Patti khatar. The industry has not made expansion in its land or building. </p>
