W/BTI-1/234/F19 & A/BTI-1/214/F14 dated 08.04.1999.</span></p>

Accordingly, the industry was issued show cause notice with an opportunity of personal hearing before the SEE, ZO, BTI on 07.02.2022, which was attended by Sh. Vijay Kumar Garg, Director of the industry of the industry and it was decided that the industry shall regularly operate & maintain its air pollution control device so as to ensure that no air pollution is caused due to its manufacturing activities.</span></p>

Hence, site is also suitable for the establishment & Operation of such type of industry.</span></p>
