In case, the EC is not granted by this date, the case will be reviewed and decided as per then obtaining circumstances and directions of the MoEF&CC by the Competent Authority and the Consent to Operate granted to the unit can be deemed cancelled/ revoked as per the decision of the Competent Authority.</span></p>
