<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Sir, the industry has submitted the reply of the SCN vide its letter dated 04.01.2023 stating that, “Being a beginner & new unit, the industry is not aware about the norms as well as adequacy of plantation area. It is further requested that the consent to establish for the reduced production i.e. dyeing & finishing of polyester fabric @ 5.5 T/day & dyeing & finishing of cotton/polyester cotton (PC) @ 2 T/day <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>and for the reduced machinery i.e. soft flow machine (300KgX3) & (200KgX2) for disposal of trade effluent 125 KLD & for domestic effluent of 1.0 KLD onto land for plantation at area of 1.8 acres maybe granted to the industry. “</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">In view of above, it is recommended that the reply/ request of the industry may be considered and consent to establish (NOC) may be granted to the industry for the production of <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dyeing & finishing of polyester fabric @ 5.5 T/day & dyeing & finishing of cotton/polyester cotton (PC) @ 2 T/day and for the disposal of treated trade effluent<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>125 KLD onto land for plantation @ 1.8 Acres.</span></p> |
