The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted compliance report of Environment Clearance.
2. The project proponent has not submitted status of the Environment Clearance applied to SEIAA.
3. The project proponent has not submitted consent fees with the application. The earlier deposited fee was adequate till 31.12.2022.
4. The project proponent has not submitted point-wise compliance of the hearing decisions dated 11.11.2022.
