<p style="text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The <strong>bifurcation</strong> of one unit <strong>into two units</strong> was allowed <strong>on the basis of the undertaking</strong> obtained from the industrial units "<strong>That with the bifurcation of one unit into two units, there will be no increase in production capacity, in land area & the power load of both the units in comparison to the single unit earlier operated</strong> under the name & style of M/s H. Hero Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. with the consents of the Board.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Now, the industry has applied for<strong><em> </em></strong>varied consents <strong>for increase in production</strong> capacity of steamed rice/raw rice <strong>from 40 TPD</strong> and sorted rice @ 2 TPH to <strong>80 TPD</strong> and sorted rice @ 2 TPH.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; background: white;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Legal Opinion</span></strong><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;"> has already been sought by RO in the matter from the <strong>SLO of the Board</strong> wherein <strong>in his opinion <em><span style="font-style: normal;">the expansion of the unit from 40 TPD to 80 TPD can be permitted</span></em></strong><em><span style="font-style: normal;">. <strong>However, the said expansion has to be carried out in the existing premises i.e land area of 34K 16M (K : Kanal, M : Marla) with no increase in pollution load and electricity load of 300 KW which is already available to the unit."</strong></span></em></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; background: white;"><em><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-style: normal;">As the industry is undergoing increase in the production capacity </span></em><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">of steamed rice/raw rice <em><span style="font-style: normal;">from 40 TPD to 80 TPD, <strong>pollution load has also increased</strong> for which additional cyclone has been installed as APCD, however no increase in the land area reported i.e. expansion is proposed within the existing premises.</span></em></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; background: white;"><em><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-style: normal;">Regional Office has proposed that </span></em><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">varied consent to operate to manufacture Steamed Rice/Raw Rice @ 80 TPD and Sorted Rice @ 2 TPH be granted to the industry subject to the specific condition that the consent to operate is valid only for 34 K-16 M of land area.</span></p>
