The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The industry has not submitted proof of small scale of the industry.
2. The industry has not submitted Solid waste details in its application form.
3. The applicant has not submitted Compliance report of previous consent conditions.
4. The applicant has not submitted details of increase in CA certificate, its NOC fee and has applied in different profile on ocmms.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter may be taken.
