The compliance as desired is attached in tabular form of EC as well as specific conditions of NOC granted.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">In light of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be refused please.</p> |
