<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI'; color: black;">While processing the application of the industry, it was observed that the industry has mentioned the raw material Tin sheet @ 26 MTD whereas, the product Tin containers @ 20000 nos./day</span><span style="font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; float: none; word-spacing: 0px;">. The industry is required to fill the application form in same units. The industry has applied for obtaining consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 under the green category. No changes can be made in the application form or certificate to be issued to the industry at Board's end. Therefore, it is recommended that the application of the industry may be returned so that the industry can apply for obtaining consent to operate with correct and same units of raw material and final product. The industry is required to fill the application form in same units. Therefore, the application of the industry has been returned due to above said observations alongwith request to re-submit the same after removing the observations.</span></p> |
