CTOW/Renewal/SAS/2018/8001467 dated 08/08/2018, and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/SAS/2018/8001358 dated 08/08/2018, having validity upto 30/06/2023 for the manufacturing Self Tapping Screws with Zinc plating @ 0.45 MT/day, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>

CTOA/Varied/SAS/2019/10210656 dated 18.07.2019 which is valid upto 30.06.2024 for the manufacturing of Self Tapping Screws with Zinc plating @ 1 MTD by using MS wire @ 1000 kgs/day, Zinc @ 6 kgs/day, Hydrochloric acid @ 40 kgs/day, Zinc chloride @ 15 kgs/day alongwith requisite documents which may kindly be perused.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now, the industry has applied for consent to establish (NOC) for expansion from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the manufacturing of self tapping screw 1.5 MTD, Zinc plating of self tapping screw 0.5 MTD by using MS wire @ 1.5 MTD, Zinc 1.5 Kgs/day, HCL 20 Kgs/day, Zinc Chloride 7 Kgs/day as a raw material alongwith requisite documents which may kindly be perused.</span></p>
