<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>In this regard, it is submitted that during visit, it was observed that the poultry farm has provided arrangement for discharge of excess waste water directly onto land for plantation. Further, the poultry farm has developed adequate planation area between the poultry sheds for the utilization of waste water to be generated from tanks provided for drinking water for birds.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>In view of above, it is therefore recommended that renewal of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2032 for the production of eggs from layer bird @ 40,000 nos./day by using Birds @ 50,000 no./day, as raw material under Green Category, with certain conditions to be mentioned therein and with special conditions as under:-</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">1. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The poultry farm shall start carrying out the composting of bird dropping within 03 months.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">2. The poultry farm shall provide waste water storage tank in order to store waste water in demand period within three months.</p> |
