The project proponent has submitted building plan approved from Municipal Corporation, Patiala vide no. NR/18/377 dated 14.06.2018 issued in the name of Sh. Rajinder Kumar. The project proponent has submitted copy of land documents acquired by project proponent from Sh. Rajinder Kumar. As per project report, the industry has proposed to install effluent treatment plant of capacity 5 KLD for treatment of process effluent @ 4.0 KLD and the treated effluent shall be discharged into public sewer. The domestic effluent shall be directly discharged into public sewer. SEE(HQ-1)/F.244/2011/271 dated 10.10.2011 <em>&ldquo;Project proponent shall be allowed to set up Hotel / Motel / Inn / Lodge / Guest House / Restaurant / Banquet Hall / Marriage palace within MC limit, In case, the project proponent submit a certificate issued by the concerned Municipal Corporation / Municipal Council / Nagar Panchayat / Notified Area Committee to the effect that the site is suitable as per the statuary / non-statuary Master Plan and their bye- laws and / or submit Building Plan duly approved by the said Authority&rdquo;.</em> in this case, the unit is located within MC limit and has submitted building plan approved from Municipal Corporation, Patiala.</span></p> <p class="MsoFootnoteText" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoFootnoteText" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The competency to decide the case lies with EE, Regional Office being green category and small scale unit.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;
