<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US;">However, as per the previous record the industry had previously installed 03 no. boilers, i.e. 01 no. of boiler capacity 01 TPH, 01 no. of boiler capacity 0.5 TPH and 01 no. of boiler capacity 0.1 TPH.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US;">As such, the industry needs to apply for varied ‘consent to operate’ under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. However, the industry had applied for obtaining renewal of ‘consent to operate’. </span></p>
