<p>May kindly peruse note history. It is submitted that the since the CETP Chanalon for treatment of electroplating effluents has already been commissioned with the sole idea of connecting MSME to CETPs thereby reducing the burden of the small scale industries for treatment of their effluents in captive treatment plants as well as single point surviellance by the Board. </p>
<p>In view of the above, it is recommended that short term CTO as proposed by E.E., RO be granted with th special condition that the industry will make agreement with CETP Chanalon during this period for furtehr extension, please.</p>
