| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. The unit was granted consent to establish for the operation of Crushing, Screening and Washing of Aggregates @ 5000 CFT/day, whereas, the unit has now applied for obtaining consent to operate for Screening and Washing of Aggregates @ 5000 CFT/day. Kindly clarify.
2. Earlier, the unit was granted consent to establish in the name of Sh. Manpreet Singh, Partner, whereas, the unit has now applied for obtaining consent to operate in the name of Sh. Balwinder Singh, Proprietor. As such, the unit is required to submit ownership proof in relation to the earlier applicant Sh. Manpreet Singh, so that the consent application may be further processed.
3. The unit has not submitted proofs regarding obtaining raw material through legal sources duly verified by the Department of Irrigation-cum-Mining, Rupnagar.
4. The unit is required to submit the date of commission proof such as electricity bill.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observation and submit the reply to this office within 3 days so that the application can be processed further. |
