<p>EE Ro SGR has again recommended for grant of Air consent & with drawn of directions issued u/s 31-Aof Air Act 1981and giving an opportunity of personal hearing before CEE to DFSC SGR for non compliance of directions issued by Board to cancel the license granted to BKO. Since, EE Ro SGR has not submitted any report to this office for non cancelation of license by DFSC before this report. If approved following actions may please be taken:</p>
<p>1.Ro may be allowed to grant CTO under Air Act 1981as per the policy of the Board. </p>
<p>2.EE ,Ro SGR and DFSC be asked to explain their position for non compliance of directions issued by Board in time, please. </p> |
