| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was scrutnized and it was observed as under:-
1. The applicant has not submitted Solid waste generation and Hazardous waste disposal/storage details in the application form and has applied in Small category.
2. The production details of the industry doesnot match with the proposed effluent generating from the process.
3. The applicant has submitted transfer of CLU in the name of firm. However, previous CLU mentioning Industrial Zone has not been submitted.
4. The applicant has not submitted dimensional Site plan mentioning plantation area to be provided.
5. The applicant has mentioned in its Feasibility report that the Liquor ratio of machines installed will be 01:04 which needs to be re-considered.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter may be taken.
