| Clarification Note: |
The industry is established without obtaining Consent to Establish from the Board and has now applied for fresh Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The applicant has submitted Solid waste generation disposal at dump site but has not attached any documentary proof regarding this.
2. The applicant has not submitted Boiler/furnace details along with its APCD in application form.
3. The applicant has not submitted CA Certificate with UDIN no. mentioning value of Land & Building, Plant & Machinery and other fixed assets.
4. The applicant has not submitted proof of date of commissioning and Consent fee accordingly.
5. The applicant has not submitted Feasibility report and calculation of effluent at inlet of STP.
6. The applicant has not submitted any proof of Land use classification and sewage connection certificate from MC, Ludhiana.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter may be taken.
