| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The fee submitted by the industry is not verified along with the application.
2. The industry has applied for varied Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 after the installation of the Induction furnace. The applicant has not submitted the Completion certificate of its APCD attached to it.
3. The applicant is requested to attach an approved Building plan mentioning the location of the induction furnace.
4. The value of Land has not been mentioned in the CA certificate attached to the application.
5. The applicant is required to submit the Compliance report of Consent to Establish (Expansion) in annotated form.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action may be taken.
