<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that the PP has applied CTO under the Water act,1974. RO has reported that the PP has not made the scientific mode of disposal and maximum wastewater was being discharged into the sewer, it has made the expansion, and it has installed the DG set without adequate stack.PP is not complying with the various terms and conditions of the consent to establish (NOC) granted by the Board well as Environment Clearance granted by the Competent Authority, PP does not comply with hearing decision 18/ 10 /22. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Further, it is intimated that RO has monitored the STP, and analysis results are awaited EE, RO has not given his comments on whether the site is suitable for expansion made by PP or not.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If may approve SCN for refusal CTO under the Water Act,1974 with an opportunity personal hearing before the Chairman be issued to PP and also explain its position for its failure of compliance with the hearing decision. EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the analysis result as well as the suitability of the site for expansion made by PP and send the report along with a recommendation well before the hearing.</span></p>
