It is intimated that the industry has applied the CTO under Air Act,1981 and RO has reported that </span><span style="line-height: 115%; color: #5d5d5d;">the industry is complying with the various terms and conditions of the earlier granted consent to operate under the provisions of the Air Act, 1981. Contents of the complaint are w.r.t. water pollution and have no concern about Air Act, 1981.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: #5d5d5d;">If may approve CTO under Air Act, 1981 be granted up to 30.09.2027 subject to suitable conditions as per earlier consents granted by the Board. EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the industry as per protocol framed by the Board to verify the compliance with environmental law, if found any</span> violation, <span style="color: #5d5d5d;">and send the report along with recommendations.</span></span></p>
