<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that MC authority has applied CTO under the Water Act,1974 and RO has reported that the MC authority does not comply with the hearing decision dated 28/9/22.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> Further, It is intimated that the MC has given another personal hearing vide Board's letter no. 67-68 dated 2/1/2022 before the Chairman of the Board on 12/1/2023.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">If may approve CTO under Water Act,1974 be decided during the hearing.</span></p> |
