It is intimated that RO has not given comments on whether PP does comply with decisions taken during the meeting held on 24/9/2021 w.r.t marriage palaces & resorts, issued by the Board's letter no. 22641-46 dated 14/10/2021 or not.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">At this stage, If may approve, </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 be granted for six months as per the above-said order with special conditions as proposed by EE, RO. EE may also be requested to visit the site within one with to monitor the STP installed by PP, verify the mode of disposal, verify the compliance made by PP with the mechanism/guidelines prescribed by the Board on 02.02.2021 in true letter and spirit, and verify the compliance with the Environmental law ad send the report along with the recommendation, please.</span></p>
