<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated that the industry has served notice to issue directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 along with an opportunity for a personal hearing vide Board's letter no. 78-79 dated 3/1/2022 before the CEE (P) of the Board on 12/1/2023.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If may approve, the CTO under Water Act 1974 applied by industry be decided during the hearing dated 12/1/23.</span></p> |
