<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">It is submitted that the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under orange category under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the manufacturing of WALL, CEILING, CLADING, RISER, VIEW PANEL, SINGLE/DOUBLE DOOR @ 300 sq.m by using GI SHEETS 3847 Kgs/day, SS SHEETS 193 Kgs/day, PAPER CORE 6 Kgs/day, POWDER 97 Kgs/day, MDI 192 Kgs/day, GLUE 97 Kgs/day, POLYOL 173 Kgs/day as a raw material alongwith requisite documents which may kindly be perused.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry had deposited Rs. 19700/- vide R. No. 930411147 dated 21.07.2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Application no. 19384384) and Rs. 19700/- vide R. No. 830160250 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (Application no. 19384345).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry had earlier deposited Rs. 3200/- vide R. No. 48234400 dated 01.09.2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 3200/- vide R. No. 855596971 dated 01.09.2022 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. CA certificate showing the total fixed assets of the industry Rs. 91.67 lacs as on 31.03.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Now, the industry has submitted that they deposited Rs. 49800/- on 06.01.2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 44300/- on 06.01.2023 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 29.10.2025.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has submitted a copy of certificate issued by Chief Inspector of Factories, Punjab, Chandigarh vide no. TMPSASOFL7868 dated 05.07.2019 regarding registration of Factory under the Factories Act, 1948.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has submitted revenue report issued by Tehsildar, Derabassi regarding distance of the industry in which mentioned that above site of the industry is located more than 500 m from the nearest lal lakir / phirni of the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has submitted a letter issued by DTP, SAS Nagar vide memo no. 2277 dated 30.11.2022 regarding classification of land in which mentioned that:</span></p>

Robin Garg S/o Sh. Vinay Kumar Garg R/o H. No. 76, Silver City Main, Zirakpur, Tehsil Derabassi, SAS Nagar hereinafter referred to as the “LESSOR” of the first part and Mr. Garish Goyal S/o Sh. Amarjit Goyal Rs/o 143/2, Sector 44A, Chandigarh, Proprietor of M/s Trio India (hereinafter called the LESSEE) of the other part of this deed.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has submitted a copy of certificate issued on 11.04.2022 regarding Registration & Licence to work as Factory under The Factories Act, 1948 vide Registration number: SAS0FL001530 having valid upto 31.12.2025. The industry has submitted site plan approved by Er. Rishi Garg, Competent Person under Punjab Factory Act.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The site of the industry was visited by AEE of this office on 03.01.2023. During the visit, it was observed as under:</span></p>

The industry has provided adequate air pollution control equipments to control process emissions.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">In view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2025 subject to suitable terms and conditions as per policy of the Board.</span></p> |
