<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1) The marriage palace/ resort owners shall ensure compliance with the mechanism/ guidelines prescribed by the Board on 02.02.2021 as well as the Board's letter no. 22641-46 dated 14/10/2021 in true letter and spirit. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> 2)The establishment will treat/ process the food waste in an organic waste converter or through any other scientific way allowed under the Solid Waste Management Rule, 2016, and the treated compost or vermicompost by-product shall be used as manure or for other useful purposes.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> 3) The project proponent will not discharge domestic effluent into the sewer leading to terminal STP, Zirakpur </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">without prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">4)PP shall submit the extended BG amount of one lacs within 15 days.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EERO may also be requested to visit the site within two months to verify the compliance made by PP with the mechanism/guidelines prescribed by the Board on 02.02.2021 in true letter and spirit, verify the mode of disposal, and verify the compliance with the Environmental law ad send the report along with the recommendation, please.</span></p>
