<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that while granted the previous CTOunder Water Act,1974 and EERO was requested to visit the site industry within one month to carry out an audit of the water polluted process (water consumed in process and trade effluent got lifted to authorized CETP operator) and verify the Environment Laws if found any violation then send the report immediately. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Now the industry has applied for renewal of CTO under the Water Act, of 1974. But RO has neither carried out an audit of the water polluted process nor has given comments on whether the record maintains or not as well as has not given comments on the mode of disposal during the visit.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved RO may be requested to give his comments on whether the industry has maintained a record( water consumption in process and trade effluent got lifted to authorized CETP operator )or not, if yes then whether the same is in order or not, comments on the mode of disposal during the visit and send the fresh recommendation, immediately.</p> |
