| Clarification Note: |
Application of the institute has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1) The institute has not deposited/ linked the consent to operate fee required under the Water Act, 1974.
2) As per CA certificate submitted by the institute, the gross block fixed assets of the building head has been increased from Rs.76.98 lakhs to Rs. 103.67 lakhs.
3) The institute has not submitted details of solid waste generation and disposal in the application form and also not submitted compliance w.r.t. Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.
Kindly clarify within 02 days. |
