<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The application of the industry was scrutinised and is was observed that the industry has neither submitted land use classification certificate and has nor submitted distance certificate issued by the revenue authorities. In reply to the observations raised by this office, the industry has replied that they have uploaded a copy of CLU.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">However, as per the policy dated 30.04.2013 of the Board</span>, <em>"<span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #333333; font-family: Roboto; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;">In cases, where an industrial plot is allotted by any of the agencies of the Government/ statutory bodies or by a project developer whose project of industrial park has been approved by the State Government, certificate of allotment/ sale of plot by such an agency will be considered for grant of consent to establish (NOC)/ authorization by the Board."</span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #333333; font-family: Roboto; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;">And, ""</span><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #333333; font-family: Roboto; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;">In cases, where the site of the project is located in the area other than areas such as designated/ approved areas such as Industrial Area/ Industrial Estate/ Industrial Focal Point/ approved Industrial Park / Industrial Zone of the Master Plan, certificate of its location/situation from the nearest village lal lakir/ phirni/ MC limits from the Revenue Authorities such as Deputy Commissioner/ Additional Deputy Commissioner or the Sub-Divisional Magistrate would be required for grant of consent to establish (NOC)/ authorization by the Board. <p><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #333333; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-align: justify;">The industry has neither submitted any of the above. As such, if approved, the application may be returned online, with the request to resubmit the same with the appropriate document, as mentioned above.</span></p> |
