Application of the industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1) The industry has not submitted any detail regarding effluent treatment plant for treatment of trade effluent generated by it.
2) The industry has not submitted its manufacturing process.
3) The industry has mentioned date of commissioning as April 1982. Accordingly, the industry is required to deposit adequate consent to operate fee under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.
4) The industry has not submitted site plan earmarking area for plantation.
