E-15, IGC, Mansa Road, Bathinda and now the same has been dismantled from the said location and has been re-located in plot no. E-19 & 20 of IGC, Mansa Road, Bathinda. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-bidi-language: PA;">If approved, CTO be granted to the industry under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for one year, subject to the following specific conditions:-</span></p>

The industry will operate its ETP regularly and scientifically and shall maintain proper record of the effluent generated/treated by installation of electromagnetic flow meter at the inlet/outlet of the ETP.</span></p>

The industry will apply for obtaining registration under the Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016, within 15 days.</span></p>
