<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the project proponent has failed to submit the consent fees till date under both the Acts. However, the PP has completed entire project at the site. But, the PP has inadventently applied for renewal of CTO instead of varied CTO.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved, please allow me to return the case due to above said reasons and the PP is humbly request that the consent application is apply under varied after depositing the requisite fees through online. </p> |
