<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: .25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">Consent to establish (NOC) under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be granted for one year subject to suitable conditions and special conditions that:</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">a)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">The industry shall submit copy of approved building plan from the Competent Authority. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">b)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">In case any objection to the location of the industry is received from the District Town Planner, Ludhiana / Municipal Commissioner, Ludhiana / Chief Administrative Officer, GLADA or if any of the undertakings or documents are found wrong, the NOC granted to the industry would be deemed to have been cancelled and the Board would not be responsible for the cost incurred by the project proponent on the basis of the said NOC.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">A copy of the NOC alongwith undertaking, location plan and land documents submitted by the industry may be sent to the District Town Planner, Ludhiana / Municipal Commissioner, Ludhiana / Chief Administrative Officer, GLADA with a request to intimate the industry under intimation to the Punjab Pollution Control Board within 15 days, if the said authorities have any objection to the location of the industry at proposed site. In case no reply is received within 15 days, then, it would be presumed that the proposed site is suitable for the industry. </span></p>
