<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendations given by EE,RO.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It is intimated that R.O reported that the industry has applied CTO under the Air Act, 1981.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry was in operation it has installed 8 TPH boiler in which used rice husk as fuel, no black smoke was emitted from stack as per compliance of hearing decisions submitted by R.O. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>R.O has also reported that the industry does comply with the decisions of hearing dated 11/4/2022 and 26/10/2022. However, RO has not monitored the boiler stack.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">If approved, CTO applied by the industry under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/9/2023 subject to suitable terms and conditions earlier granted by the Board and with the special condition that the industry shall continue comply with the decisions of hearing dated 26/10/2022 in true letter and spirit. E.E, RO may also be requested to monitor the stack attached with boiler of capacity 8 TPH, also keep a vigil on the industry while during visit of said area, the industry will not discharge the black smoke under any circumstances, if found violation, then send the report with recommendations immediately.</p>
