<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the note agenda note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that PP has applied for renewal CTO under Air Act,1981.RO has reported that It has installed two DG sets with canopy and the PP is complying with the conditions of Environmental Clearance as well as the previous ‘Consent to Operate’ granted to it under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved Consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 may be renewed for two years, subject to suitable conditions and the additional conditions as proposed by EE, RO. An additional condition may be imposed that the PP shall install the smog gun immediately to capture the dust emissions being generated from the project.</p>
