Now, the industry has deposited Rs. 174000/- vide R no. 66568380 dated 15.12.2022 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 126000/- vide R no. 776192435 dated 15.12.2022 and Rs.<span style="color: red;"> </span>48000/- vide R. no. 231806801 dated 05.01.2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 the consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2027 (considering Rs. 48000/- as penalty for late fees under each act) against the fixed assets of Rs. 1975.70 lacs as on 12.12.2022.</span></p>

We also confirms that we will use the all treated water for reuse in processing operation and rest of water shall be discharged for irrigation land. We also ensures and confirms that we will submit the additional Land agreement for use of irrigation before start of the processing operations in the plant. Now we request you to please grant us the Consent for pollution”.</span></em></p>

The representative of the industry informed that the processing plant has not been operated since the commissioning of the unit, due to low market demand and only cold storage is being operated.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px; margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0.25in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has installed ETP for treatment of trade effluent to be generated from the processing plant. However, as the processing plant has not been operated since its commissioning, thus, the ETP installed by the industry has also not been operated since then.</span></p>

However, no discharge of effluent was observed in the said land area as processing plant is not been operated by the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px; margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0.25in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">7.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has installed 02 no. of DG set of capacity 500 KVA and 250 KVA, both of which are with provided with canopy and stack of adequate height.</span></p>

In case, any complaint is received against the unit, the Board shall be at liberty to revoke/ cancel this consent without giving any opportunity of hearing to the industry.</span></p>

The Board would be at liberty to take penal action against the industry/project proponent and its responsible/ concerned person(s) in case information/document is detected as incorrect/false/misleading at any point of time, without any opportunity of Personal Hearing.</span></p>
