<p>Sir the SS was heard before the CEE (J) on 19/12/2022 and wherein it was decided that The EE RO Batala shall verify the latest status visiting the service station personally and submit detailed report along with comments on the collection of effluent sample collection on 10/11/20022 without permission of the CA within 07-days since proceedings u/s 33-A of WA was undergoing and the ind shall be reheard after recievingg the report of RO, Batala.</p>
