CTE/Fresh/HSP/2022/19561915 dated 14.09.2022 valid upto 13.09.2023 with conditions mentioned therein. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">Now, the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has submitted CA certificate, completion certificate of APCD with drawing etc. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The industry has deposited Rs. 42000/- vide UTR No. N265222129313581 dated 22.09.2022 under Water Act and Rs. 42500/- vide UTR No. N265222129311072 under Air Act including Application form fee. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.12.2027. Further, it is intimated that the site of the hot mix plant in-principle approval from the Deputy Commissioner, Hoshiarpur for its establishment w.r.t. approval of building plan and change of land use under the Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995 vide memo no. 2777 dated 08.09.2022.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">Further, the industry was visited by undersigned on 09.01.2023 and Sh. Raj Kumar was contacted during visit and he showed the site. During visit, it was observed that the site of the industry falls in the revenue estate of Vill. Kulewal, Tehsil Garhshankar, Distt. Hoshiarpur. The industry has installed one no. hot mix plant with Wet Scrubber as APCD along with re-circulation tanks for the settling of APCD dust. The industry has provided stack of adequate height along with sampling arrangements. The hot mix plant has also installed 01 no. heating furnace with adequate stack height.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has installed one no. DG Set of capacity 125 KVA with canopy along with adequate stack height.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The hot mix plant has provided fresh plantation around the periphery and has stabilized the movement area with crushed aggregate.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The hot mix plant has provided septic tank for the treatment of domestic effluent and treated effluent is used for the irrigation of plants. The hot mix plant is complying with the code of practice. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2027 with the special condition that</span></p>
