<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">It is intimated that the proceedings of the hearing before the Chairman of the Board on 28.10.2022 in reference to Show cause notice for revocation of consent to operate granted under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Notice to issue directions u/s 31-A of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 as amended in 1987 was issued to the subject cited industry vide Zonal Office letter no. 3712-13 dated 22/11/2022.</span></p>
